The 98% of the merchandise in our online store is available in stock, the articles customizable, 2%, are managed on order, in order to provide the best possible service for our Customers!

We know how frustrating it is waiting for goods to arrive which is why we aim to get your order to you as quickly, safely and cost-effectively as possible. The exact time will depend on when you place your order and where it is being delivered to but here’s a useful guide:

For EU orders, we aim to deliver within 4/5 working days, since the carrier withdraws the goods at our warehouse.

For Italy orders, we aim to deliver within 2 working days, since the carrier withdraws the goods at our warehouse.

For orders to the rest of the world, we aim to deliver within 8 days working days, since the carrier withdraws the goods at our warehouse.

Delivery times are to be considered purely indicative.

Important: We are also distributors, our warehouses are absorbed every week, so the merchandise is always available in case of total collapse of an article it will be put out of print, if purchased on the Webshop before that happens will be replaced (by arrangement with the customer) or refund the entire amount.


Our online shop is open all day, every day but we can only prepare items for dispatch between Monday to Friday.

This means that orders placed at the weekend aren’t processed until the first working day of the following week. In addition, orders received after 10am (Central European Time) during weekdays are processed the following working day and orders shipped accordingly.

Ordering on public holidays and over Christmas

If you place an order on a public holiday or over the Christmas period, it will take a little longer for your goods to arrive.

This is because our warehouses are closed on public holidays so we can’t process orders on these days while courier deliveries aren’t made on public holidays (in the Italy, European Union and EEA Member States) or between Christmas and the New Year.


You can’t send different items to different addresses. You can also track any orders sent by courier.


All deliveries sent by courier or registered post will need to be signed for.


You’ll be able to see your delivery charges as soon as you place your order in the online basket during checkout.

The cost of international shipments are to be considered vary from country to country and depending on the size of the parcel, it will be calculated and disclosed before the close of the payment.

Any customs charges are paid by the buyer.


The goods travel at at total risk of the recipient, British Racer is not in any way responsible for any inconveniences caused by express courier. Our goods are sent at the recipient's risk and it is the recipient's responsibility to check on reception, the condition, the number of products and the weight of the parcel, and when necessary to express their reservations or claims to the shipping company, the only responsible.
