The shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via EXPRESS COURIER with tracking. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and postage. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile items.

The boxes are adequately large and your articles are well protected.

We know how frustrating it is to wait for the ordered goods to arrive and that is why we take care to make your order as quick, safe and convenient as possible. It will all depend on when your order will be placed and where it should be delivered, but here is a useful guide.

The easiest way to check the times, methods and cost of an order is to put the products in the cart, only for Italy the cost is fixed.

In the cart you can check the availability of all products and then understand when your order will be processed, choose the shipping method and then check how much it costs you.

Times: delivery times are approximately 2 working days (Italy) - 3 to 4/5 working days (other European countries) from when the courier picks up the goods at our warehouse, for orders in the rest of the world we propose to deliver within 8 working days from when the courier picks up the goods at our warehouse, if some products are not ready for delivery the order will be delivered when all the products are available. If any product is urgent it will be possible to arrange partial shipments, for each of which additional shipping costs will be charged.

Delivery times are to be considered purely indicative. will not be responsible for the delay in fulfilling its obligations (including delivery or service) if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and will be entitled to benefit from a temporal extension for the fulfillment . If the event of force majeure persists for a period longer than 2 months each of the parties will be entitled to withdraw from the Contract without any compensation being due to the counterparty.

Important: Being distributors our warehouses are restocked weekly, so the ordered goods are always available, in case of total exhaustion of an item it will be put out of catalog, if purchased in the webshop before this happens it will be replaced (by prior agreement with the customer) or refunded the full amount.

Mode: British Racer entrusts its shipments only to Express Couriers.

The courier delivers during the day (not in the evening after 18, not on Saturday), if he does not find anyone, he leaves a notice by returning for delivery two more times. If you find the notice, you can contact the courier by following the instructions on it.

It is always better to indicate a place of delivery where there is someone to receive the shipment during office hours, for example a neighbor, relatives or even better at the workplace.

We ship with different Express Couriers depending on the areas and volumes, it is therefore possible to take advantage of some additional services, by agreement with British Racer via email, which these companies offer.

Are shipping costs the sum of the shipping costs of each product?

No, they are only one for each order, if you add more products to the cart the shipping costs of each individual product do not add up, you pay the cost of shipping related to the bulkier product, for example if a product has shipping costs 8 euros and another shipping costs 10 euros, buying them both spend 10 euros and not 18 euros.

The costs of international shipments are to be considered variable from country to country and based on the volume of the package, it will be calculated and communicated before the payment is closed.

It is the recipient's responsibility to check the receipt, condition, number of products and weight of the package and, when necessary, to express their reservations or complaints to the shipping company, the only person responsible.

The carrier is responsible for the loss and damage of the things delivered to him for transport, from the moment he receives them to the one when he returns them to the recipient, if he does not prove that the loss or damage was caused by chance, by nature or by the defects of the things themselves or their packaging, or by the fact of the sender or that of the recipient.
